Refund Policy

FurEver Finds return and refund information.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible, an item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a return

To start a return, contact desultze@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and instructions for where to send your package.

Exceptions

Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
